Plan the week in your own words

Type what the week needs, the way you'd say it: “mostly vegetarian, quick on weeknights, lasagne on Tuesday, friends over Saturday, use up the spinach”. Repas proposes a week of dinners that fits and that you'll like, and you can swap any night before you keep it.

Rules can be strict or loose. “Vegetarian” can be a must or just a preference, and when a night's rules leave nothing to cook, Repas eases them and tells you which ones, instead of leaving a gap. Diets and allergies are never eased.

Ask for leftovers and it plans the next day's lunch from a dinner that keeps well: a stew, a curry, a braise.

Or put dishes on days yourself

Add a recipe, or just a line like “salmon, grilled, rice”, to any day and meal. Move it, swap it, take it off. Each day shows its calories and the nutrient you're keeping an eye on.

One shopping list for the whole week

It learns what you like

Rate what you cook and the suggestions get better, each with a reason: a favourite, something close to one, or something new. Nearly 4,000 recipes to start from, plus your own.

Questions

Is Repas free?

Yes. Repas is free, with no ads and nothing sold. You sign up with a code sent to your email, or tap “Just try it” with no email at all.

Can I share the meal plan with my partner or housemates?

Yes. Up to six people can share one week's plan and one shopping list; everyone else's diary, ratings and diet stay their own. See Plan meals together.

Does it work for a diet or allergies?

Yes. Set a diet goal or an allergy and the planner keeps to it every night. See meal planning for diets and allergies.

Is there an app?

Repas runs in any browser and installs on an iPhone or Android phone from the browser (“Add to Home Screen”), so it opens like an app and the shopping list works offline.

Does it use AI?

The planner, the suggestions and the recipe reader all run on your own device. No recipe, plan or note is sent to an AI company.
