Meal planning that keeps to your diet and allergies
Tell Repas how you need to eat once, and every page keeps to it: suggestions, search, collections and the week's plan. It's for a food allergy, a diet you chose, or advice from a doctor, for you or for someone you cook for.

Allergies: a swap, not a dead end
Hiding every dish that contains an allergen hides most of the cookbook. Repas keeps a dish when something else can do the allergen's job without changing what the dish is (“use white fish instead of the prawns”), and only drops it when nothing can: a shrimp scampi is about the shrimp. Your allergies are never shown to friends.
Allergy checks and diet tags are estimates from the recipe's ingredients: always check the labels of what you buy.
Diet goals with real numbers
A diet profile holds daily targets, foods to avoid, and private notes from a doctor: “Maman · bone health”, “Papa · low sodium”. Pick one under “Cooking for” and the app sorts and filters around it, with a row of recipes that suit it at the top of Explore, each saying what it brings.
Collections cover “Light on salt & fat”, “Fiber-rich, low sat fat”, “Low acid & gentle”, “Calcium-rich” and “Soft & protein-rich”, alongside vegetarian, gluten-free and the rest.
Track it honestly, if you want to
An optional diary adds up what you've logged against the goal's daily targets, says plainly what it couldn't count, and suggests recipes that close the gap. You can also share your week with one friend or carer who looks after your diet; they never see your notes or your doctor's advice.
Swap any ingredient
Right-click an ingredient, or tap Swap, for a replacement that depends on what it does in the dish: yogurt for cream in a curry, but not in whipped cream. Healthier, dairy-free, vegan, less salt, low acid, or simply “I'm out of it”.
Questions
Is my health information private?
Yes. Allergies, diet goals and doctor's notes are only ever visible to you. Nothing is sold and there are no ads.
Can I plan for someone else's diet?
Yes. Keep a diet profile for each person you cook for and pick whose meal you're planning.
Is Repas medical advice?
No. Repas keeps to the goals and advice you give it; it doesn't diagnose or prescribe. Allergy checks, diet tags and nutrition are estimates, so always check labels.
